If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged) please return the items within 1 days and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us in writing or by email within 3 days of the date of delivery and return all goods.
Please note that a 30% restocking fee plus shipping & handling will be assessed to all open/used products that are returned, unless the return is due to company error.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
