All orders must meet a minimum purchase amount of $350 USD (before shipping and taxes). Orders that do not meet this minimum will not be processed.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it has been processed and shipped. Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been packed or dispatched.
If a purchased product is unavailable due to an inventory error, the customer will be notified and refunded the corresponding amount within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
If you are a reseller and have a valid Resale Tax Certificate, please contact us before placing your order so we can exempt you from sales tax. Failure to notify us in advance may result in taxes being applied.
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If external damage is visible, take photos before opening.
For internal damage or breakage:
Contact us immediately.
Take photos of the contents and packaging.
File your claim with the courier within 24 hours of delivery.
Send us a copy of the claim and photo evidence. We will assist with any documentation required by the courier.
Once your order has been handed to the courier company, responsibility transfers to the customer.
LR Lux Wholesale is not responsible for breakage, loss, delays, or any other damage that may occur during transit.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risk of shipping fragile items, including the possibility of perfume breakage in transit.
U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, Ontrac or U.S. Postal Service. Most packages arrive within 4-7 business days. (not a guaranteed service)
LR Lux Wholesale operates strictly as a wholesale business.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted once an order has been processed or has left our facility.
We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered perfumes under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before confirming purchase.
